Why Self-Healing?

Healing is a profound process that involves all dimensions of our existence. The body’s condition is only a physical manifestation of our inner world – what is in our mind and psyche, how in-tuned we are with our core being, and how aligned we are with the principles according to which this world is created. 

To make ourselves healthy means to deeply understand who we are, how our body works, how we should live in order to evolve. We also have to be aware of how we affect our surrounding  and how to co-exist in harmony with other dwellers on this planet. 

All this is done through conscious inner work, learning and self-developing. 

The 6 Pillars of Self-Healing

As multidimensional beings, there are different aspects of our existence that contribute to our overall wellness. Tending to each one of them will develop us in a rounded way of becoming the best version of who we want to be.  

1. Food: Become a Plant-Frutarians and Embrace Sobriety

  • To build a high energy body, we need to use high energy nourishment.
  • High energy food is sourced from plants – the higher from the ground they grow, the more and purer the energy they hold. 
  • We minimize consuming animal products as we do not exploit other life forms for our sustenance. 
  • We rule out the use of mind-altering substances.
  • Plant-based food eases the development of extrasensory perceptions, which in turn facilitates the self-healing energy work. 

2. Energy: Meditate and Work with Energy

  • Meditation is the way to connect with our inner self and the more subtle energies that permeate our being.
  • Meditation allows us to bring to the surface the emotional patterns we carry from the current and the previous lives lived.
  • Energy Work is a technique used to clear our energetic fields and transform them into a pristine state of existence.
  • Energy Work promotes healing of our psyche and relief from physical pains.

3. Psyche: Work with the Emotional Issues

  • Our emotional state directly affects our health. Thus, we aim to lead a harmonious life in conformity with our surroundings.
  • We seek to heal our emotional trauma and clear the emotional patterns that stand in the way of our balanced state of being. 
  • We behave with others and reality in a harmless manner.

4. Mind: Work on the Personality

  • We strive to be resilient and honorable human beings. We break down the egocentric personality and transform it into an all-inclusive personality.
  • We modify ourselves to become progressive humans following the Principles, the Rules of Engagements and the Natural Laws of Energy Utilization, which are the true premises this Universe is built upon.
  • We do everything for ‘The Highest Good of the Many’.

5. Body: Exercise Daily

  • We keep our body in a functioning state so it meets the demands of our internal and external lives. Movement and exercise are essential for our health. 
  • Exercise activates various bodily systems and facilitates detoxification processes.
  • Movement creates contact with the surface of the ground – connecting us to the grids within the Earth – which in turn supply us with energy.

6. Work: Have a Fulfilling Occupation

  • Our occupation can only be sustainable if it is an expression of our inner self.
  • Our work is an application of our interests into the outer world with a purpose of creating good for the world, while also helping others and society to evolve. 
  • Our work is creative and performed with joy.
  • Our work contributes to our personal development and progress.
