Transition to a Plant Sourced Highly Energetic Nourishment

What is

Plant Sourced

Highly Energetic

Nourishment?

“Plant Sourced” means sourced from everything that has a seed and that grows once planted in soil or in water.

“Highly Energetic” means that the food is in its highly vibrant and vital state of being when we consume it.

“Nourishment” means something that our body can take in and transform into energy or matter that will not poison our organism.

Thoughts on Plant Based Lifestyle

On Exploitation and Being Harmless

We can consider animals being different races inhabiting planet Earth. Animals are in a lower state of evolution. Nonetheless they are made out of the same flesh we are. They breathe the same air and have similar bodily functions. Like us, animals are sentient beings – having a soul and experiencing feelings. Consuming animal products can be viewed as an exploitation of our fellow co-inhabiting races.  It is harmful and creates digression in the evolution spiral. It also sets an example as of what other races can do to us.

On DNA Configuration

When we ingest food, we absorb the DNA of its molecules. When ingesting animals and animal products, our organism naturally absorbs the animal DNA – which brings more animalistic features to humans including emotional resemblances. “We become what we eat” is a very valid statement and should be taken with deserved seriousness.

On Gut Bacteria

The food we ingest also feeds the billions of microorganisms that constitute our gut microbiome. They thrive on same kind of nourishment. Being a carnivore creates gut bacteria that craves meat. Once we exclude meat from our ration, the little carnivore microorganisms in our gut starve and start dying out. It might feel to us like a painful and emotional experience because we are separating from something that has become a natural part of us. This is exactly the process of detoxification. Plant nourishment creates a microbiome that thrives on plants.

On Cravings

Cravings that people experience, in reality, are the cravings of the microorganisms that live in the gut and inside us. Once we replace animal products with plant sourced products, we will establish a new microbiome. The cravings for meat will eventually disappear. With time we will not desire meat and will also stop seeing meat as food. Our organism will undergo big changes.

On Increased Sensitivity

Plant sourced foods have a higher vibration in comparison to animal foods. Consequently, plant eaters have a higher vibration of their organism. Their soul becomes less grounded in earthly matters. By switching to plant sourced intake, the body will become more sensitive and vibrant. You may find that your senses of smell, taste and touch can become more acute. Plant eaters can more easily develop clairvoyant abilities. The body as a whole becomes more sensitive and capable to recognize what is good or harmful to it. The body becomes one’s radar and friend in navigating life.
