Plant sourced means sourced from everything that has a seed and that grows once planted in soil or in water. 

Highly energetic means that the food it is in its highly vibrant and vital state of being when we consume it.

Nourishments means something that our body can take in and transform into energy or matter and that will not poison our organism.

Why Transition to a Plant Sourced HighlyEnergetic Noursihment

So much has been written on the benefits of the plant-based nutriment. And the short answer is: ‘Because it is the nourishment that can keep our body from breaking down the longest”. 
But the interesting question is “Why is that so?”
And here I will touch upon several reasons that are not wildly known or discussed: 
1. We remain harmless 
2. We set limits to what other species can do to us
3. We detoxify along with our gut bacteria 
4. We prevent ourselves from acquiring animalistic features

We detoxify along with our gut bacteria 

The food we consume also feeds the billions of microorganisms that are in our gut and that constitute our microbiome. They thrive on same kind of nourishment. We eat meat – we just made our microbiome to become carnivore. When we exclude meat from our ration, in reality, the little carnivore microorganisms in our gut will starve and start dying out. It might feel to us as a painful and emotional process. Because we are going to separate from something that has become a natural part of us. But this is exactly the process of detoxification. Along with clearing our body from those microorganisms we’re going to start creating new microbiome that will thrive on plants. So our cravings are actually not our cravings but are the cravings of microorganisms that leaves inside us. With time we will stop craving meat. When we establish new microbiome we will not want the previous type of food. With time we also will stop seeing meat as food. We will undergo big changes in our organism. Our body will become more sensitive to our intake. It is possible that our olfactory system will be impacted too. Our nose too will become more sensitive and recognize which foods are good for us, it will tell us what not to use. Our gut too will be reacting strongly on foods that are not good for us. The rest just takes time, patience, persistence, care, determination.
