I Love my raw food! Not that I eat only raw – I love cooking and indulging with variety of foods. But I always get excited when my raw food tastes exactly as cooked but I know it is fully alive. So here is a rich nourishing recipe that will satisfy both vegans or carnivores.

Ingredients:
4 large or 5 medium zucchini
1 bunch cilantro – chopped
1/4 C raw tahini
1/4 C first cold pressed olive oil
2 Tbsp cumin
1/3 C raw pumpkin seeds
1/4 C ground flax seeds (flax meal)
4 cloves garlic – chopped
1/2 C freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt or more to taste

Preparation:
Place all the ingredients in the food processor and process until creamy.

Preparation time: 15 min  Total time: 15 min
Serves: about 2.5 cups

Serve with pita chips or veggie bites as a dip. Arrange on top of salads. Serve as a side dish. Use in pita pockets.
